From this knowledge we developed a quick-fit robust modular guarding system that can be easily and quickly fitted on site. We can supply and fit the safety guard system after a site survey or we can supply the guarding as a flat pack kit for customer installation.

• OCE modular guarding can be fitted in a cell arrangement for working machines or easily bolted together using large panels to span 100’s of metres for conveyor applications with drop out maintenance panels for access to motors & gearboxes
• Machine operator satisfaction as modular guarding can be simply altered to suit the operators at a later date into a different arrangement to accommodate machine change or to incorporate extra access doors & maintenance panels
• Complete guarding system can be unbolted and removed if necessary for large repairs or maintenance work
• Modular guarding designed to conform with relevant European safety standards and incorporates door hinge interlocks for machine lock out when accessed
• Significantly reduces time spent on-site in comparison to traditional on-site fabrication & Fitting reducing accident exposure.
